If a GP refers you to another service or specialist and you are able to use the NHSApp, you may find information about the referral on the App.  But, even if you have notifications turned on, you may not get notified when the information is added.  So we recommend that you check the App regularly.  

We know that some patients don't use the App and also information about some sorts of referral isn't put on the App.  If you haven't heard about your referral for a while after it was made and you want to check on progress, you can contact either

1.     the service you have been referred to, or 
2.     our reception team.
