At John Hampden Surgery, our team is committed to providing compassionate, inclusive and patient-centred care. Alongside their everyday roles, many of our staff members take on additional Champion responsibilities to help improve patient experience, accessibility and wellbeing across the practice.
Our Practice Champions work closely with patients, carers and local community services to ensure everyone feels supported, listened to and empowered in their healthcare journey. Through collaboration, understanding and innovation, they help us create a welcoming environment where every patient receives personalised care tailored to their individual needs.
Our Champions work collaboratively to promote wellbeing, improve services and provide additional guidance and support whenever it is needed. Their dedication helps strengthen the connection between our practice and the community we serve.
If you would like to find out more about any of our Champion roles, please contact our reception team who will be happy to help.
